Our lodges are tucked away in Cheshire’s lovely rustic countryside, which means the roads leading to us are charming… and a little bit cheeky. You’ll find narrow lanes, wandering wildlife, and the occasional friendly local out for a stroll.
So we ask that you take it slow and drive kindly as you make your way in. These lanes are shared with neighbours, walkers, cyclists — and the odd curious pheasant — and a gentle pace keeps everyone happy and safe.
Think of it as your first step into switching off: roll down the window, enjoy the views, and let the countryside ease you into holiday mode before you even arrive.
We do have parking available on-site, so you’ll always have a safe spot for your car. However, our lodges are tucked a little deeper into the countryside, so parking is not directly beside the lodges.
This helps keep the area peaceful, natural, and car-free — perfect for those quiet mornings and starlit evenings. It also means you can enjoy the surroundings without cars spoiling the view.
Don’t worry though — it’s just a short, gentle walk from the parking area to your lodge, and we’re always here if you need a hand with bags.
